I am an honest, hard-working, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of guy and being part of the Number One Sales Partnership for the six months ending 2018 and now 2019, is evidence of my dedication to finding solutions for my clients.
Prior to starting in real estate, my role was dealing with the implementation of systems in the farming industry in Franklin and the Hauraki Plains. Working in this specialised and technical field, I became skilled in the art of finding solutions for my clients' needs. I am able to think logically and perceptively and have developed a knack for negotiating.
Complementing my business skills is my perseverance to see a job through to completion, my determination to deliver on my promises and my steadfast belief in doing a job right the first time. Oh, and I also have a secret weapon - my wife Louise Moore who works as my sales associate and who brings many of her own skills and attributes to the table.
I grew up in Pukekohe and have made it my family's home too. Over the past 14 years, I've bought, built and sold several properties in the area. I am a well-known face in the local community too, where for many years I've been a committee member of the Pukekohe Rugby Club, as well as a player and manager of the Pukekohe Presidents rugby team.
I like to conduct business in a professional yet relaxed manner, am honest, reliable and down-to-earth. If you've been thinking of selling, or are interested in purchasing in the area, give either me or Louise a call today. We'd love to put our skills and knowledge to work for you.
It was with reluctance that we had to sell our home but unfortunately due to circumstances my family was forced to. Despite the unfortunate situation it was great to have Brendon and Louise as our agents, they took the time to sit down and explain the process of how to go about selling our homestead. If I was asked to recommend an agent, I would say, that's easy Brendon and Louise are a husband and wife team that will make you feel happy and comfortable selling your home and you will have made the right decision like we did.Judith Brown
It can be very stressful selling a property and worse getting the wrong agent. This was not a problem with Brendon, he was down to earth, friendly and helpful. What you see is what you get and there is no hidden agenda. With his wife Louise as his Sales Associate they make a winning team and we believe that not only did he work hard to sell our property, but he was also fair to the buyers and made sure that they had all their questions answered so that their decision was informed.Maurice and Suzette Kimpton
I bought a house in Waiuku through Louise and Brendon. I'd been looking for about 7 months and dealt with about a dozen agents from various firms, some helpful and some not very helpful, it is very frustrating when they can't be bothered! I found Louise and Brendon extremely helpful, they never gave up helping me and they stood out from the rest. I would recommend them to anybody buying or selling.David Lunn
Tracy, myself and our family have no hesitation in recommending Brendon and Louise for their helpful and communicative manner in the often stressful process of buying property. Thanks you two.Trevor and Tracy Hindle
We had no fear at all of selling our property with Brendon and Louise, it took a lot of work from Barfoot & Thompson but they got there and the outcome was very close to what we wanted, we are very happy. We were kept in touch with all the time and told what was going on. I would recommend Brendon and Louise to others as they were both great to deal with.Bruce and Pauline Alexander
When I was thinking about selling my house, I had a lot of questions, fears and hopes for the future. It wasn't an easy decision for me to come to, as my property had been in the family since the 1930s. Brendon and Louise supported my decisions without putting any pressure on me. They understood the emotional ties I had to my home and helped me make really good choices regarding marketing and how to sell. Throughout the whole process both Brendon and Louise were able to give me the advice and support needed to reach an excellent outcome for me. They have an excellent knowledge of the local property market and are highly motivated and hardworking. I would highly recommend them as real estate agents to anyone contemplating selling or buying a property.Dianne McLean
Buying a house is always a big deal and we entered into the process with concerns and doubts about how easy it would be. After starting to work alongside Brendon and Louise to make our dream of a new house a reality, we quickly realised it didn't have to be such a stressful experience. Our mind was always put at ease with any questions or concerns we had regarding properties we viewed or wanted to view. Any concerns or worries were quickly laid to rest as we realised we were in the hands of the professionals. Brendon & Louise were extremely efficient and professional throughout the whole process. You both went above and beyond for us to make purchasing our dream house come true. You really care about your clients and it shows in your dedication to them. We would recommend Brendon and Louise to all our friends and family and anyone else purchasing a new house. We felt comfortable to approach them with any requests we had such as multiple viewings of the same house and questions regarding the property. We felt the whole process went very smoothly.Dan and Tessa Aylward
