Prior to real estate, I have worked in the banking industry for about 30 years and therefore I understand my client financial needs and importance of real estate in their lives. I totally understand how my clients are emotionally attached to real estate whether it is their first home or investments and the hard work and sacrifice that takes when building their biggest financial assets.
Having worked for so long in the banking industry, I have developed great negotiation skills including problem solving and people management. To apply these into real estate, it gives me additional advantage when dealing with my clients who are buying or selling houses.
